Planner

Organize Ideas and arrange them with AI

Keep possibilities out of the schedule until they fit, then schedule them manually or let AI propose an arrangement.

Understand schedule checks and fixes

Use each warning’s most useful action: live data when facts are missing, AI when the schedule itself needs changing.

Use Trip Assistant and review AI changes

Ask about the trip, request itinerary changes or search for a meal without letting AI silently edit your plan.

Routes & maps

Choose routes and transport

Let mapv.io route between stops, then inspect or change the transport and route when alternatives exist.

Routes & maps

Use the map, place details and weather

Use the map as the visual source of context for stops, live place information, routes and forecast weather.

Manage bookings and costs

Attach reservation details to itinerary items and keep deadlines, references, documents and costs together.

Bookings

Use Booking Inbox and AI import

Forward or upload booking confirmations and review what AI extracted before it changes the itinerary.

Build a lightweight checklist, reuse templates and use trip conditions for suggested clothing and gear.

Use Overview and Trip Mode

Check trip readiness before departure, then use the travel-day view while the trip is happening.
