Contact support
Email mapv.io support when the Help Center does not answer the problem.
Never send passwords, recovery codes or full payment-card details.
Send the useful context
Tell us which screen you were on, what you expected to happen and what actually happened. Include the trip or feature name when that helps identify the workflow.
A screenshot is useful when the issue is visual. For intermittent problems, also mention roughly when it happened and whether refreshing or retrying changed the result.
Add detail without sharing secrets
For planner or route problems, describe the itinerary item or route leg involved and the action you were taking. If the problem is tied to a public trip, include the public trip URL.
For map or place-detail problems, name the place and explain which detail looks wrong or failed to load. This is more useful than sending only a screenshot of the whole page.
Do not send passwords, API keys, 2FA recovery codes or full payment-card details.
Booking references or documents can also contain personal information. Share only what is necessary to explain the problem, and redact unrelated details before attaching a screenshot or file.
