Manage bookings and costs
Attach reservation details to itinerary items and keep deadlines, references, documents and costs together.
Keep the useful facts
Store the provider, booking reference, booked dates or times, cancellation deadline, cost and any seat, room or ticket details you will need while travelling.
Use the booking status to distinguish reservations that are only planned from those that are confirmed. Recording the amount and currency also makes the trip overview more useful when you compare expected costs across bookings.
Watch deadlines and keep confirmations handy
Cancellation deadlines are most useful when they are entered with the correct local date and time. Fixed reservation times also give the planner anchors it can check against travel time and nearby itinerary items.
If a reservation changes, update the booking and its itinerary time together so the schedule and booking record do not disagree.
Booking documents stay attached to the relevant booking so you can find the confirmation without searching through email during the trip.
Before departure, check that important reservations have enough information to identify them offline: provider, reference, time, location and any instructions you may need at check-in.
